Learning unit 8 for module 9: Self-Esteem

Many people with schizophrenia suffer from low self-esteem. Often, a reduction in acute positive symptoms leads to increased awareness of the disorder, which can further exacerbate low mood. Improving the emotional well-being of people with schizophrenia is therefore an important therapeutic goal in MCT. In this learning unit, you will learn how to facilitate this module.

You will need approximately 35 minutes to complete this unit.
